Where we ship
Polaris Wild currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Order processing
Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery times, where available, are shown at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, weather, or delivery location.

Shipping costs
Any applicable shipping charges and available delivery options will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking
When tracking is available, we'll send it to the email address used at checkout. Please allow some time after dispatch for carrier tracking information to begin updating.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing.

Delayed, lost or damaged orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, arrives damaged, or you have another shipping issue, contact us at hello@polariswild.com with your order number. We'll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
